New York. I am part of a hospitality site. A visitor states in a reference that I assaulted him, that I am a paedophile, paranoid and dangerous. I have told the site administrators that none of this occured. I am 100% disabled (USA VA 100% service connected disability scholiosis and stenosis of the spine) and cannot even stand and sit down without assistance, so prime facie I did not assault him. He is not a psychiatrist. He is a full grown adult so prime facie paedophilia is out of the question, and no sexual offer or request of suggestion ever occured. If I were dangerous, how? I have no downloaded or viewed paedophilia on my computer. I am gay. Frankly the idea of paedophilia in any form is just not part of my make-up. A neighbor was present at the time of the non-occuring events. 20 some odd other guests have without exception said the accusations are absurd. I took in the person because he had been mugged and took care of him for a week until his money arrived. He broke furniture and dishes, burnt my pots, refused to make his bed or hang up his laundry to dry, or do his dishes, but he did throw dirty dishes into the trash. Ceramic and glass, not paper and plastic. When he accused me of stealing his blue jeans, I lost my patience and my anger and he left vowing revenge. The Web site specifically disclaims any involvement. Refuses so far to address the libel. The organization is incorporated in New Hampshire. I am not sure exactly but they say no one can sue as a condition of usage. But this is libel. Not usage. 
What can I do. It has now been viewed by thoussand of people all over the world and will have a profound effect on my profession as a teacher, as a tourist professional and as a B&B owner. The web site owners have no mechanism to review or adjuticate any kind of libelous content. Referencing as an integral part of their web site design and the libel is prominently posted in red. These are stated as facts not as opinions. Isa is a paedophile. Isa is a paranoik. Isa was aggressive to me. He is dangerous.
