What is the name of your state? Florida

I have filed for an uncontested divorce in Florida without a lawyer. Now the court is telling me that I am missing a "Special Interrogatories from Petitioner." I do not have any questions that I need him to answer, so is this really required? We have filled out, notorized and turned in all of our other paperwork and are just waiting for the kids to take the mandatory Sancastles class. Do we have to have Interrogatories if we have already worked everything out and I have no questions of him?

Of course not!! You clearly know far more about the legal requirements of divorce in Florida than the court does.
March in there, stick your lower lip out and say in a heavy Mexican accent: "I don't got to show you no Interrogatories!".

Who exactly is telling you this?

If it is the Judge, even though it's not required in an uncontested divorce, go ahead and have your husband fill in the blanks with general answers. Sometimes it's easier to placate a confused Judge that it is to fight it.

However, if it is anyone other than the Judge telling you this, tell them to show you in the law where the interrogatories are required. (BTW- no such law exists).
