Interrogatories in Illinois small claims court

What is the correct format for writing interrogatories in small claims court. Do I need a proof of mailing and does the court serve or mail them. I am filing in the State of IL.

In most (all?) states, you would send your pre-trial discovery request directly to the opposing party (or their attorney) by certified RRR mail with a copy to the court.

I would suggest that you contact your local court staff and ask them what process is required in your state.
