What is the name of your state? Colorado**************.My ex didn't like the recommendations made by the CFI..so now another hearing. This time they have sent me interrogatories- which I understand are just written questions and authorizations for me to sign... will a judge put more weight on these questions or on the opinion of a court ordered cfi (who, btw, has already been given the answers to these questions)?

I admit, it sounds like a stupid question. Guess I just want some reassurance.

My response:

Here's a nice, cool, pillow (pat, pat, pat, fluff, fluff, fluff) and a warm Down comforter. Now, I want you to get comfortable, and feel cozy, okay?

Relax...answer the questions briefly. The CFI's opinion will hold a great deal of weight.

My response:

You're an idiot. No, the opinion of the CFI won't have NEARLY the weight of our writer's own answers - - especially because they're signed under oath!

You dummy!

Gnaw and chew on my sphincter.

Interrogatories are questions regarding factual issues the answers to which constitute sworn testimony- yours. This information is provided for use by the other side.

Who suggested that she lie?

My response:

You did. You implied that our writer would, and that the CFI's opinion would have greater weight in the hearing. If the writer lies, not only would she be competing against the ex, but also against the observations and report of the CFI.

Ummm....she didn't say lie, she said answer the questions briefly.....which is what my lawyer told me to do when I had to answer interrogatories...his exact words were don't give them any more info than you need to.

Tell the truth & keep your answers simple. And yes, the CFI's recommendations normally hold a lot of weight with the court.
