Court is tomorrow. I get a knock on my door at about 8pm, a summons to be in court tomorrow with a list of things that the other attorney wants. We have court at noon. How the blazes am I supposed to produce this stuff? Besides, most of it is stuff that I've already produced. I called my lawyer, but I don't think he'll get my message.
Oh, and the supeona? It had a check made out to me on it. Whats up with that.

Sounds like something that my ex would do - spending money to supeona me to be at a hearing I'll be at anyway

As for the documents they've requested - they haven't provided you adequate time to produce them - your lawyer should be able to handle that without a problem and they'll most likely be told to file a production of documents.

The check is to cover your transportation cost to the hearing - anytime you supeona someone you have to cover that cost.
