Invasion of Privacy and Harassment Part 3 of 3- site would not let me post it all at once
Q1. The first question I have at the moment, is, if I were to write posts intended to trick them and possibly manipulate them while they are invading my private blog, would I be breaking any laws? I haven’t made a complaint in years, even when they’d give me my packages already opened, and sometimes pretend they never got them- “tracking” tells a different story. Now, most of my correspondence is delivered offsite. And they’ve tried to break things in large envelopes. I have put pics of those things on the site, and I have several hundred more pics of the horrible, mostly non-existent housekeeping and all around the grounds of trash and other things that sometimes sits out there for days or weeks.
Q2. If I were to do what’s necessary to get the site to show up in search engines, and open up the website to invite the public, before the hotel chain “officially” finds it, what legal ramifications am I likely to encounter? I’m anxious for them to see up close, in image galleries, the kitchen and bath crud. It’s sickening. Not to mention the roaches- UP CLOSE and shiny. Strange they are never on the kitchen counter.
Q3. Can I be charged for displaying pictures from around the property? I have not identified the property on any of the pages, only the name of the chain, but, after-the-fact, I realized that some of the pics already posted, have location info. For the few hundred more I want to post, I’ve removed the location info. Originally I thought that I would get the site to come out on a variety of search engines, the company would find out and read it, and ask to shut it down, I say “No,” then a law suit starts where in my mind employees would have to testify and it would be obvious that they are lying and telling the same exact stories, and I win.
Q4. Is this something a lawyer would take on consignment? I’m guessing it might be worth it for the law suit and I don’t have thousands of dollars to pay up front. I think it could be front page news. I don’t know how a lawyer would ask for damages with or without the court’s help. I’d like to get the whole thing overwith, without years of litigation. My privacy has been destroyed, over a thousand times, physically and ‘cyberly’, to a minimum of dozens of people. They really deserve to be crushed, but I also deserve something, courtesy and fairness, not to mention apologies. A whole lot of that. Recently, four gallons of water dropped on my head at 1am. The bathtub was left on in the room above me. Not a single apology from anyone, even though they initiated contact to let contractors come in the room to dry it out with industrial drying equipment.
Q4.a How can a lawyer present my evidence to the company? (Originally I was hoping the website would explain it all. It’s a lot to read.) As much as I don’t want myself to become national news, I want action and I’d settle just to get to the end of this long series of disrespect, harassments and hundreds of privacy invasions. At the same time, it seems important that people know what can happen to your “mind” and your privacy at a hotel when overemotional adults put their selfishness before their contracts, and when their employers let them run wild. I’d be happy to do what I’d have to, to get on the front page because you automatically trust people in positions of authority and these people cannot be trusted. I think the public would appreciate hearing what happened here. They harassed me and didn’t care one bit about others hearing this stuff at the same time it was supposed to be working on me, even at four in the morning and all hours. And there is much more than I’ve said in this post.
Q5. And I only have circumstantial evidence. How can I get evidence or prove to someone that these things really happened? If someone of authority could question some of the key players in scenarios I’ve developed, one or two weak ones might give it away, or at the least, it would be obvious that people are lying. I’m not even trained to see lies and I noticed it happening from several different people, probably because of my age and life experience.
