An investor has bought shares of a corporation (not publicly traded) from an existing shareholder (the founder) and then gets cold feet and wants to sell back the stock (all this within a very brief period of time). Q: Is the company or the selling shareholder obligated to buy back the stock? Is it legal to do so? Are there timing issues? Any pertinent remarks would be helpful. Thanks
