Iowa company not making tax deposits

I was recently terminated from a company that has not been making deposits for either Federal or State Taxes withheld. Am I, the employee liable for monies withheld but not paid to the respective governments?

No, you are not. How do you know this to be true? You can always report them to the IRS and your state Dept. of Revenue/Taxation.
