I am in the start up process of a company. I plan on registering my name federally, once AZ approves license. My company is an Internet company. At this point, my primary concern is IP. How do I know if I infriinge on it or how do I know if I have it? Is IP related to the "programming" of the web address - this is the only place I see a possible IP issue...

What is typical cost for discovery of IP existence when using an attorney?
