Hi
I'll appreciate if you answer this for me.
I joined a startup around 2 years back and then they promised me some
stock. They didn't mention when they'll be going public . It seems that
at the end of the year they'll be releasing their IPO . But I plan to
leave the company before that.
Am I legally entitled to have a claim on my stock after I leave , which
was not given to me during my stay at the company .
