What is the name of your state?

I have been using ipoints.co.uk for quite some time and always received the points for online purchases - these have then been succesfully exchanged for 'gifts'

The quickeest way to earn points is to sign up to casino / gambling websites via ipoints, and wager the minimum amount.

I have not received the points promised for the last 3 casino sites I have joined - dating back to December.

iPoints do NOT answer my emails / support tickets and when I called them the girl I spoke to was very vague and just promised to add the points to my account.. she never did ofcourse.

Although I have spent £50+ ($100+) I want to pursue this out of principal.

A company cannot just ignore it's customers and ail to deliver on it's promise.

Surely by not awarding the promised points I should be entitled to a refund otherwise what they are doing would amount to theft?

Thought and suggestions much appreciated,

Thanks
