When moving 10,000.00 from one bank account to another is the IRS notified?If so how long does it take for them to look into it?
My sister (trustee) wrote herself a check for that amount from a checking account that was jointly held with my mother the primary. She then opened a new account in her name and closed it just under three years. It looks bit questionable to me
Also how should the names on a CD appear if there are two names so that the CD would become part of the estate and not rights of survivorship?
