What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny
Hi is my friend allowed to represent me? She is not a lawyer but she knows a lot about the law (she is pre-law) and offered to do my case in front of an arbitrator, which won't take too long. I think if she can it'll be good because I'm not so good with this legal stuff and it's getting messier and messier the more I try to handle it myself.
Thanks :)
