What is the name of your state? KS

I am in a dispute with another. Both motions have been filed with the court, but the hearing isn't for another 5 months. He wants to put the motion on a web site for all to view. Is this Kosher? If he loses the case, and the Judge finds in favor of my motion, must he then take it down? Does the filing of a motion automatically put it in the public domain?
