If I grant a non-exclusive license for certain software to a company, and that company utilizes my software for certain web pages, is that licensee obligated to put my copyright notice on the bottom of those web pages?

Depends on your license agreement.

The license agreement is silent on that issue. Would copyright law in general require this? If not, is it at least standard practice to do so?
