What is the name of your state? Missouri

Is the documents attached to a summons public record? I ask because I received a summons with actual medical bills attached and the reasons for the visits. Specifically on the bills list what was done.

Thanks

EDIT: P.S. This is an year old item that I've already paid. Trying to remove from my credit. But I really don't want my coworkers seeing why I went to the doctor.

No, that medical information, by law, MUST be kept private per HIPAA. The lawsuit itself is public record, as is a judgment, but the medical information must be held as private protected information.
