What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I plan to take an online travel company to small claims court because of fradulent charges but sadly I dont have evidence of the correct charge. The company sent me evidence now that I did initial the charges but a copy was never sent to me at the time of transaction and billing to CC. I dont recall initialling the web page that they sent me recently. Can I argue that the webpage was made after I originally initialed the correct charges? Thanks.
