Does an employer owe an employee the vacation they have earned for the year if the leave the company for another job. The employee had accrued 2 days at the time that they left on their own accord?
If they have accrued two days, the company needs to pay out two days. They are NOT due the time that they would have accrued during the remainder of the year.
