What is the name of your state? Vt.. how should it be handled when new partners come in, are accountants for the business taxes also, charges the corporation 40 an hour to do paperwork, then writes a check to themselves from the corp. These new partners re-organize the llc into an s corp, (which we thought would be beneficial) but includes secretly into the re-organization that no member is allowed any more than 50%. When this was discovered, the accountant now wants out and wants all his money he invested back from the s corp. thanks faith

new!! help1 The two new partners whom also were accountants have decided they want out. So we agreed to pay them back the amount of money which was 8500.00 which is what they had invested. Last night the partner/accountant went into the business building with an employee, gave the employee the key and security code to the alarm, went to the bank and wiped out the business account claiming it was owed to them. The accountant had permission to write checks for bills for the business. We had hired a new accountant over a month and a half ago, and owed past accounting bills 00.00. What are the legal recourses we can take on this money stolen from the business account????!!!! faith
