I found out that a real estate agent lied to me about a property so I would be interested and eventually buy it. I checked it out. She also told me that the list price was $2000.00 more than the actual price.
The lie about the property was that the 75 acres surrounding it were going to be deeded to the town as a nature preservation. I specifically asked to see properties that had at least 2 acres, because I am a totally disabled Vietnam vet and need privacy and quiet. The property only had 1 acre.
I have all of the email logs. We communicated only by email.
What should I do if anything
