We live in Wisconsin have a $500.00truck payment at the time we bought the truck in 98 we had no problem with that amount well the income has changed and since then we have even more payments and again with less income we don't want to file or we don't want to loose the truck but if we woulf file would we loose the truck even though we owe for it I've heard to many things on this and need to know where we stand beiside we know we're in big time financial trouble and have to do something soon...
