I was doubble checking the time for my C/S hearing today and came accross something interesting. There is a note on my case that states...

NOTE: RESPONDENT, DufuX, IS ALLOWED TO APPEAR
TELEPHONICALLY VIA COURT CALL WITH THE CONDITION HE FILES WITH
THE COURT AND SERVES *Eme* AND CSCSA AN INCOME AND
EXPENSE DECLARATION PRIOR TO THE NEXT HEARING. RESPONDENT
MUST HAVE THE CONDITION MET PRIOR TO SCHEDULEING HIS PHONE
APPEARANCE AND HE MUST SCHEDULE HIS PHONE APPEARANCE NO
LATER THAN 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT HEARING.

Court is at 9am on 6/12 and I have not recieved anything from DufuX. Is he SOL? Judge and DA that represents CSCSA made it very clear that if he did not comply that they would rely completly on me to provide info.

It looks like it! (then again, who knows how judges rule, etc. blahblah.)

When the court says days, it means "calendar" days - - unless otherwise specified; e.g., "court days."
