Can a landlord evict a 7 month pregnant woman?
is there some way to buy more time at least until she delivers?(in FL .)

I don't know about FL law, but in CA it's no problem for LL to get an unlawful detainer eviction if tenant (pregnant, in need of companion or "therapy" pet, HIV+, etc., Christmas, Pesach, Tet or Ramadan) is guilty of unlawful detainer.

Of course, if LL is the one that made her pregnant, there could be other problems.

YO ya should have had her on the pill....

Yes you can buy her some time.....pay HER RENT!

Or if it an all adult complex, then tell her to sign adoption papers NOW! So the baby will not live there.

Otherwise she really is screwed.
