Hi, I'm in CA

I have a sister who has an ex husband who pays her child support. He works lots of different jobs, sometimes working two at a time, sometimes working as an independent contractor. I think that he's not telling her everywhere that he is working. Is there any way to find out all the places that he works besides just asking him and hoping he tells the truth? Can the court somehow subpoena his work records or find out through his SS# or something? Thanks for the help!

She can always have the original order, if there is one, modified by requesting more child support, but she has to prove why she needs it.

both parties would have to supply a fin. aff. to the courts. All income would have to be legally reported.

good luck;)
