What is the name of your state? Kentucky

I want to do a website like XxxxxExposed.com where Xxxxx is the name of the nursing home. I want to expose it to the public about how my father was neglected and mistreated in an effort to make the public aware of the reform that's needed in our state. The information is true and I have pictures to go along with some of it. So could I be sued for libel or will truth prevail here?

You can always be sued for anything; the question is whether or not you would win such a suit. All too often, those with the means to continue a long-running trial are the ones who will end up winning. If you're willing to take this ride, make certain that you can PROVE to a court that what you have is the truth, and that you're also willing to dedicate the time and money towards the potential trial.

My suggestion would be to go to the press with the story. This way, your Dad's story gets out, and the press usually knows the libel and slander laws rather well.
