I am sorry Ms.srfost but the member who has the FA crystal ball has decided that the ball needs a vacation. Why not ask the hubby's p.o.?

Someone doesn't get it.....

Well if he has 6 years hanging over his head he could get all that time. But as stated before crystal ball is currently unavailabe. Sounds like your husband thinks seeing his PO is optional. The judge may decide to place him where his PO can easily find him.

Unlikely,a technical violation rarely warrants 100% of the suspended time. Most likely the only way he would even get a substantial portion of that is to take the violation to a hearing and lose. In my experience he will probably be H.W.O.B. than given another chance. On the other hand if this is something that has happened before he could be looking at a year or so. These situations are usually dealt with with a plea agreement. Although the judge does have complete discretion to give him up to 6 years. He does not have the right to a jury trial, and if he takes it to a hearing, the judge just has to be reasonably satisfied he is in violation (preponderance of evidence). An extremely high rate if violation hearings are losers.
