What county in Ohio?
The links that I have looked at are county specific.
The easiest thing would be to sign up for CSE assistance. They will take his employment (they will need some input, so anything you know would speed it up).
It doesn't have to be anything official for the PI. You could do it, a friend could do it -- ANYONE.
Just take the name of the company to the CSE office and they will send out a questionaire to verify the information. IF he is employed there, they will file for the wage with-holding.
There are no costs or legal fees for you if you use their services. They will also be able to flag his social security number for federal and state tax interceptions. It also puts your case in the system --- they will track him after that, so if he starts quitting jobs to avoid the wage with-holding it is documented. It also puts the case in the system for periodical reviews (usually every 3 years)
And in most cases.....if the NCP is not employed, the courts would input a wage for what they are capable of making (considering factors like health, skills and education).
You mention not employed ---- quit or fired? Is he receive unemployment benefits? CSE could go after that as well.
