What is the name of your state? Indiana

I need to find out if it is ok for me to sign a letter being sent out of our company by the credit admininstrator. Due to time constraints, they are unable to physically sign their name to a letter being mailed to vendors advising them of their account being delinquent. They want me to sign her name for her on this letter. I am uncomfortable doing this. I would like to find out if legally, this is correct for them to assign this task to me.
