3 months ago i attended a company conference with the owners of the company, and three other managers. At the end of the conferance they had a party with free food and booze. Needless to say I over indulded and made a ass of myself. the next day i was told what i did and tried to make the appropriate appologizes. Of course i was kidded all the way back home by the other mangers, i took this all in stride thinking it would blow over. Once we got back to the shop we started back to work, well the kidding went on and on. One of the managers had taken pictures of my behavior and started saying he was going to send these pictures to the owner of the frachise and the Ceo of the buisness. again i took it all in stride thinking it was just fun and games. well this went on for months not everyday just intermitally. he would call the general manager and tell him to tell me he was going to send the pics if i didn't meet his demands ha ha. i told him to tell the general manger to go ahead. I sayed if he did i would send a italian friend to fix the problem, I was kidding. and at the same time getting real tired that the bs was not getting droppedall in all about 4 phone calls were made. last week friday the 14 of oct he sent a pic via the internet to the general and the office manager( who happens to be a female) who was not at the conferance.the picture was passed around to the other employees and a big laugh by all. afriend called me when all this was happening. I called the shop to give the general manager a update and to find out what was going on. i was told that he (the general manager) had put up the pics all over the shop. he didn't he was just making fun, haha. when i got back to the shop the pic was handed to me by my friend, he said it had been put on my desk upside down by the GM and the office manager had a pic to and was showing all the women in the office and laughing haha. i got real upset and made a call to the boss, i told him we had a problem and i needed to talk to him immediatlly, at this point i asked the GM for harasment papers , i wanted to make a claim, i was never given the papers i asked three times. know for the photo it showed me passed out on my bed in my underwear, i feel that if it were a women they would have acted different. the heading on the e-mail stated this, sombody better tell bob(not my name) to meet my demands for payment... I want 500.00 U.S. Dollors By 10/31/05 or all the convention pictures get sent to the owner and the ceo of the franchise! My booklet is now complete! Patience is not a virtue in this matter. Bob must respond Immediatly.... or else!!! needless to say i felt degraded is there somthing i can do to stop this court acction i don't know i'm at my witts end
