my mother-in-law took my daughter away from me, and now I'm told that its been past 30 days so I cant appeal...However in reading the affidavit that she gave under oath to a judge in Dallas Texas, I realize that a major factor in her getting my daughter was at the very least half truths..Can I get this back in court using a "Defamation law"? Thank you..
