WELL I KNOW I SOUND LIKE A REAL NUT HERE BUT JUST WANTED TO UPDATE...NOW B-MOM CALLS AND TELL MY HUBBY THAT SHE WANTS HIM TO "GIVE UP HIS RIGHTS TO SON"...WHAT MAKES PEOPLE ACT THIS WAY?...I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH MORE OF THIS CRAP I CAN TAKE...AFTER ALL I AM THE ONE WHO HAS TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF MY HUSBAND AFTER THE PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL...THE THREATS...THE CUSSINGS...THE HARRASSMENT...THE WHOLE NINE YARDS!...DOES ANYONE ELSE GO THRU THIS????TELL ME HOW TO HELP?

I have to put up with that same B***S***! The fiance's ex ALWAYS says if he doesn't do this or that or pay more money she will take away ALL HIS RIGHTS. Well legally she can't do that. She can't force his to sign away his rights. We went thru the same thing. He pays his CS and puts of with the EX's BS. He still has the right to see his child NO MATTER WHAT!!!! If she doesn't let him see the child, FORCE HER THRU THE COURT. Our lawyer told us it was legal in TX to record the crazy woman, so we will just be patient and when the time comes, PAYBACK IS A B****!! Her time will come. What goes around comes around.
