Virginia,

Currently, we are seeking to file a claim against another small corporation for failing to pay 2 months worth of payments for work that our corporation completed. In attempting to obtain these payments, will it be possible to obtain the legal costs associated with filing the claim and any other costs that may occur as a result of this case?

What does your contract say as to recovery of legal fees??

That doesn't seem fair. So if a company decides that it wants to withhold your money, they can do so and not be penalized for it? Doesn't appear fair at all!

Thanks for the advice though...
