What is the name of your state? IL

With the exception of my cousin having to amend her statement of financial affairs last week, (posted on pacer the 22nd of december and a refirmation agreement of a vehicle posted on pacer as of today), is it safe to say she is in the clear? She has not heard anything at all from the lawyer since she filed with the exception of amending her statement of financial affairs nor heard anything from the trustee. The deadline for creditors to object is this coming Monday and hopfully soon after she will recieve her discharge paper.

1.) Does this deadline that is coming up on Monday also include the trustee as well or the trustee can do pretty much whatever they want at any time?

I know there is 4 days left for the deadline, I thought I might just ask the question above. I would assume that a creditor would have objected already, but like I said, there are 4 days left...just have to keep our fingers crossed!

And as always, :p thanks for any input you might have!

I'm pretty sure the trustee wouldn't wait until the last day to ask you for something. They've probably already filed the case away, and are just waiting to stamp it with 'discharge'. Once it's closed, it's closed. Unless they think fraud has been commited they're not going to come back 2 years from now and ask for something else.
I would say, breathe easy.. more than likely if a creditor was going to protest- they would have already.
