please help, my girlfriend is 16 and lives in canada, 16 is considered an adult in canada, i am 20 and live in arizona, when my girlfriend comes to visit me in arizona and we have sex is it still statutory rape? after all she is considered an adult in her country, so does that mean she is an adult in the united states as well, or when she crosses the border does she become a minor, can i legally have sex with her?
