What is the name of your state?AZ I received in the mail yesterday some papers for the Clerk of court office. It was a support order stating that my soon-to-be ex-husband will only be paying me $117 a month starting tomorrow. We are still in the middle of filing our divorce. I was wondering if it's a temporary order or a permanent one? I never signed the temporary order for child support when I first filed for the divorce.

Does it say "temporary order?"

No it does not. However I spoke to the Clerk of Court office & they said they are not sure what it is about. It contains an order of assignment, parent worksheet & the child support order. It was signed by a judicial officer. It says I make $862 (gross) monthly, which is false. I collect cash assistance ($262 monthly) & food stamps ($262 monthly). It also says my soon-to-be ex-husband makes the same a month in gross, which is also false because he told me himself he works 50-60 hours a week.
