ok is it to late to get out of a plea deal i signed? i havent been senteced yet not till next month is ther some sort of motion i could file to change my plea?

if you haven't sign a plea you are good to go.

Each state has their own rules of criminal procedure so it is impossible to answer your question with much detail. If you are not represented by an attorney, then I would just write a letter to the District Attorney's office (keep a copy of it!) telling them you are cancelling your plea agreement. Tell them why you are doing so. You should also send a copy of that letter to the court.
