State of Georgia,

My son has been referred to tribunal. He has been in trouble this year for things like stealing. He also has a record for simple assault on his police record. He has been referred to tribunal for slapping another student in the face. The student says they were horse playing. However a teacher viewed it as threatening so he was written up. Is it possible that i can keep him in the same school and beat this tribunal case? If so, what would help me do so?

Your son is a thief, among other things, and his latest brush with the law was assault.

Your desire to help your son "beat" the tribunal shows a problem with parental responsibility. Prepare to visit him in jail. A lot.

Hopefully, the school will protect other students by expelling your son.
