My husband and I recently had our hardwood floors refinished. The whole experience was stressful and aggravating. The owner of the company lied to us every step of the way, then would admit to it. It took twice as long to finish as promised and the end result is not professional looking, in one room the wood is completely damaged. I am pretty sure I have a case. Other profesionals have said it would have to be completely re-done to fix it. Even the owner's workers admitted to that and said it was not done properly. I have pictures, quotes, new estimates to fix it - my question is - if I win, how do we get the money? Is it up to us to collect? This man does not have much money and lied to our faces every day for 2 weeks, I doubt he would be apt to paying us. Is it worth it?

See the big red letters on the top of the page? I would suggest you find a forum that deals with your countries laws.

My response:

Hey Racer . . .

That wasn't nice at all ! !

Didn't you know that Canadians are color blind ?

Jeez, I can't believe it. And with all we've taught you, and shown you too !

Didn't you know that Canadians have "special dispensation" on these Boards ? No matter where they are, Canada follows, and enforces all the laws of those States that are just below the U.S. / Canadian border. C'mon, straighten up and fly right, okay ?
