What is the name of your state?ca
The question on the 'statement of affairs' asks for aggregate payments of 600 or more to be listed;
1) Do I need to list my landlord? I am current on rent and plan on staying that way; also I don't want them finding out because I want to stay where I am. I did not list them on the creditor matrix. Does the rent I paid qualify as preferential payments?

2) I had assumed that 'creditor' meant some person or entity to which you owed money, like credit card companies. Is this not true? Do I need to list current accounts, that is, accounts that I owe nothing on? Phone, etc.

3) I currently can and will try to meet all my current expenses, rent, phone, electric, food, insurances.....I listed none of these on my creditor matrix, even though I have paid $600 or more over the past 90 days to these things. MUST I list them in the statement of affairs?

4) Also, is the rent security deposit considered an asset that I must list?

**A: you cannot pick and choose. L is considered a creditor.
