What?

When I read your story the only information I get is this.

You own a condo
You rented out the condo in 2004. (What month?)
The agreement was for 1 year. (Ending when?)
The date was changed (To What and when was it changed?)

Hold the lease up to your screen and I will review it.

How rude

I agree the post is short on facts, is ridiculing the poster necessary? It seems to be a habit of yours to just be mean. Seek help. No reply wanted!

Okay, I'm a bit confused. How are you tied into this thread?

You are renting this place out and want the tenants out because you are getting evicted from the place you are in now?

No , it was a 60 day notice to vacate tenancy ( for no reason)
Then they accepted our rent thru May 15th ? She called us they needed to sell unit we sed we could be out by Augst 1st but that was not good enuf.... so they sent us the 60 day. She sent us a reference letter that states we paid our rent on time and we were being kind enough to leave early so they could sell the unit - ? I dont get it now we find out she sold it to the husband it was hers to sell - we checked public records

I have a novel idea -- heed your own advice.

Lease but being evicted ? We are current on rents- have some repairs they ignored

The lease does show date of start of december 2005 .... are they within their rights to evict us - we are current on all rents and we were sent a refferal letter stating we were leaving early so they can sell the unit -They have filed an unlawful detainer now but he filed it and she owns it ? What can we do ? - Thanks
