Is my 401k protected?

401k retirement plan/ bankruptcy

I have my 401k retirement plan through my job. Can i claim this as exempt to protect it? Or wil i lose it to the creditors?
I live in Oregon.

401k's are exempt from creditor seizure.

Where have you seen a change inthe 401K status? I was under the impression that they will not be subject to seizure.
