is my aunt wrong??

My aunt is co-guardian of my grandmother and without the other guardians knowledge until now...has blown $36,000 of my grandmothers money. We have proof of this. Can she be in trouble with the law for this? And who can file charges or a civil action to get the money back. My grandmother has alzhiemer's and does not completely understand what is going on.

What do you mean "blown"? Did she steal it (a crime) or use if for care of grandma, even in a manner you would not have approved?
