I'm from Tx and recently purchased a 2002 daewoo lanos for the fourth time the gear mechanism in my widows have broken and they car lot I purchased it from is unable to repair it due to daewoo now being bankrupt and no parts are available any advice about what to do would be greatly appreciated!

It does sound like your complaint meets the 'Four-Times Test'. One thing to consider, there is a VERY specific 'window' when you can make a claim, so do NOT delay.
