I'm an attorney in Indiana, so I can answer only in terms of that:

No, your divorce would not be null and void, if you lived here.

Otherwise, you might have couples doing that all over the place, thinking that would stall/end the divorce.

Besides, how would you prove it if the other person denied it -- unless there were pictures, which I doubt the court would be interested in seeing! ;-)
