My son who's special needs and in a special needs after care program that's ran buy a big metal health program here in Florida, was playing a ball game in doors as asked by a teacher, they required all kids to take shoes off and play(no mats) my son had then slipped and fell (due to later finding out the floors where just waxed) he was not being superved as he should have been, the teacher had then told him he might need a xray, and tryed to put ice on it when my son said it hurt the teacher had then told him to suck it up and stop being a baby! I was never called or notified my son was in school for hours(with several broken bones) there was no indecent report, and the teacher failed to report it to anyone, when my son got off his school bus and was in pain and couldn't move it,I had then rushed him right to the ER where to find out he had not one but 2 broken bones.the next day he was casted,I had then gone to the school and no one knew what happened, the office had then called the teacher to the office where he said what happened then the story changed as u see a lady shaking her head to him like no dont stay that and his story changed like they where trying to hide something,I left and then called 441 pain and got a attorney, due to this accident I lost my job then couldn't pay bills lost my car then home.....what would u do.....is this a good case?

if you have an attorney, that person is the one to ask.
