Is it legal to drop huge quantities of ordnance on the head of a crazy, abominable, psycopathic, heinous, nefarious, evil, perfidious, genocidal, diabolical,unscrupulous, reprehensible, sadistic, lieing, thieving, pernicious, odious, damnable, looting, raping, burning, pillaging, murdering, sinistrous, backwards-ass megalomaniacal dictator if the President of the United States tells you to, AND says "Simon Says" first?

I believe the law states and the US Supreme Court has held that the President DOES NOT have to say Simon Says.

It is not illegal although France has objected to the sizeable pothole left in a certain Iraqi neighborhood recently. I hate french fries anyhow....
