i made contract with builder without realtor. but while builder has been building, i sent e-mail that i couldn't buy the house that we made contract. the situations around me made me not to buy that house at that time, but one month later now i'd like to buy that house again, but the house was sold to another customers without letting me know,i didn't know that the house was sold because the builder hasn't asked me to come by his office to sign temiation of contract
i mean i didn't sign any signature on termiation letter or contract, also i paid around $2,000 as a deposit. the house will be made at the end of this month (05/2001), in this case, can i have that house? or can i get my deposit refund?

point
1. Is sending e-mail valid to be legal letter or contract?
2. those cases, what kinds of measures can i take?
