Okay. Nice story. So, what's your question?
If you're going to ask, "Now what do I do?", you're on the hook. You signed a lease, and the money is due. It's not their fault that you went out of business, and the lease was not contingent upon your ability, or lack thereof, to stay in business. They have a right to the balance of the value of the machine. PAY IT !!
