I have a contract issue that needs to be solved asap. However,
the defendant is now living out of state - smart guy... leave CA
knowing I can't sue him out of state! Anyhow... if I tell him a
lie to get him to come to CA - how will that affect my case?

I'm in Los Angeles, CA (defendant is now in Ohio)
This case is sort of complicated but I know that I can sue under
breach of contract because in the end, I took a loss of over $5000.
due to him breaking our written and signed contract.
Property concerns a vehicle, promise of purchase, damages and
contract outlining entire thing, time constraints and then taking
off when liable. So in order to get him in court I have to serve
him in the state of CA.... may I lie to him, sort of an enticement,
to get him to come back for a bit? Included is a plane ticket that
I shall purchase but he'd be coming back on the belief of to
receive something in return... if I don't have that something or
if I don't give it to him, am I liable to do so? If I lie to get him
here, will that make things complicated?

PLEASE HELP! Very young individual seeking justice because as
a result of being a victim of faith... I now sit on thousands of dollars
in debt due to someone else's fault.

Thank you for any help and contact me at: [email protected] to discuss anything specific - need more details, etc.
THANKS AGAIN!
:)
