I am a pro se Defendant in a child custody case. The merits hearing is in April. My question is that are all of the pleadings and attachments to the pleadings in the court file used in the hearing? There is a police report that I sent along with an Answer. Do I have to someway have that made into evidence, or will it be considered because it is part of the file. Also, on almost everything pleading filed by the Plaintiff, there are inconsistencies which were easily pointed out by answer to motions, etc. I want to impeach the Plaintiffs testimony siting the inconsistencies that are part of the file already. Do I have to do anything else.

Why are you starting and deleting threads?

Why should responders bother if you're just going to delete everything?

When you delete thread NO ONE will EVER help you again here. At least no one that matters...Stick around for another newbie that has no clue about GPV or Child custody to "help" you...

sorry--just looking for help
It's not just you that wants or needs help -- it's other learners who are searching for answers.

We go through the bother of answering questions -- we don't want the posters to then DELETE the thread so that no one ever profits from it again.

Just yesterday, I spent too much time researching a matter for a poster -- by the time I got back, she had deleted her thread.:mad::mad:

Guess what? I resolved to do no research beyond a quick google EVER AGAIN.
